Phillips Magnavox 25TS54 C122 showing horizontal lines.

I have a phillps magnavox 25TS54 C122 model and it is showing white horizontal lines, but the sound is perfect. I can switch the channels and I can hear the sound but the display is not there, just some white horizontal lines. I have been reading this forum and there were references to similar problem and all refered to some resistor being open or burned out. I couldnot locate any resistor named R3340 on my PCB (CRT). Please help me if anyone knows about this issue with their model.

Check on both ends of R50 22 ohm 1/2 watt resistor, located on the crt pcb. It should read 200v, on both ends. If it has 200v on one end only, replace the resistor. Also replace C65 22ufd/250v.

it shows picture for a few sec. and then shows the horz lines again any help
i would appericate this is 1995 model chassis number 19p601-ooaa model 1-19pr14/c121 tks jwolsey

My Phillips magnavox 55" projection TV has been developing thin grey lines that move at different frequencies only on the white areas of the picture. They used to go away after I would turn the power off for 5-15sec but they seem to show up more frequently and don't go away after the shutdown. They used to only show up after I would change the analog channels. Any Ideas of whats going on? Thanks, Joe

TO ANGELA22 YES THE PROBLEM IS FUSES OPEN THE BACK DOOR OF TV BUT BEFORE THAT!! UNPLUG THE POWER CABLE FROM THE WALL,WAIT,PRESS THE ON/OFF POWER BUTTON TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO POWER OF ELECTRIC LEFT. AFTER YOU OPEN THE BACK DOOR OF THE TV,IN THE MIDDLE BOARD THERE IS "BIG YELLOW" COMPONENT,BEHIND THAT THERE IS GLASS FUSES,REPLACE THEM ALL WITH THE "SAME AMOUNT OF AMPERE AND VOLTAGE",YOU CAN BUY IT AT RADIOSHACK FOR $3 /4PCS. IF YOU CAN, FIND ALSO THE FUSES FROM WHITE CERAMICS,REPLACE THEM ALL ALSO.THE CERAMIC FUSES IS NOT FAR FROM GLASS FUSES. AND ONE MORE THING, DO NOT TURN ON/OFF TV SO OFTEN,WHEN YOU TURN ON THE TV, IT TAKE SO MUCH POWER OF ELECTRICITY FOR START. Pee Wee, my Phillips magnavox TV is showing horizontal line with color and with perfect sound. I've replaced the following so far , but nothing helps. C50 (22uF250V),R50 IC500 (TDA9302H) and C557 (100uF35V). Nothing seems to work this TV. HELP ME PLEASE. I want this to get fixed badly. Thanks,

i have 27 inch i think thatsthe right size any it went off one day had a perpect pic. but i have nothing i came home and i thought im had a mouse in mny room and come fond out it my tv makeing a squeaking noise hope u can help me on this any help i sure apreicate tks jwolsey
