Help me salvage rye waffle disaster - and make bread?

So I'm making up a batch of whole grain waffles that have to sit overnight with a yeast batter.

2 tsp. bread machine yeast (that's all I have),

2 cups buttermilk,

3 TBLSP oil,

2 TBLSP sugar,

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour.

Except I accidentally got the RYE flour out of the freezer instead of the WWH pastry flour. I didn't realize it until I put it in with the yeast/buttermilk recipe. So now I have something like a starter for sourdough rye bread. How can I use this to make rye bread??
