What to do with.....Paula Deen's Steakside Mushrooms

Last night we made another prime rib for my birthday, along with Paula Deen's Steakside Mushrooms. Had a wonderful meal. I had doubled the mushroom recipe because we had dinner for 8. Now have about 1 1/2- 2 cups mushrooms left.

Any ideas? Soups?

I added the recipe in case anyone needs it again.

For the spices I used Tuscan spice that we got from Costco.

I really like this spice, have used this to put into some olive oil for bread dipping the 5 Minute Aritisan bread boule. Delish! Also I used 1/2 c. brandy, instead of the water in the mushroom recipe.

Paula Deen's Steakside Mushrooms

1 and a half lbs. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise

1 stick butter

Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt (I find this at Kroger, but I'm guessing any kind

of Seasoning Salt will do.)

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

!/4 cup water (On her website recipe, she uses Brandy instead of water,

but this is from her Savannah Country Cookbook.)

In large skillet, saute sliced mushrooms in butter until brown. Sprinkle liberally with Krazy salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all sauce is absorbed by mushrooms. Add water and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender. Great with steak or roast beef.
