How do you or do you condition a stainless steel pan so food doesnt stick to it. I recently bought a new one, it is "professional quality stainless steel" so it is good quality but everything sticks to it even when I put oil in the pan or spray it with Pam. I always used to buy the teflon coated pans but I read or heard they are not healthy to cook in. So is there a way to condition a new ss frying pan or is there a specific brand I should be looking for? I am ready to toss this thing out the window!
