Electrical interference from CPU?

I have my CPU hooked up to my home entertainment system. Two S-Video cables + coupler going from video card to DVD recorder. 1/8" inch to 2-RCA cable going from sound card to DVD recorder.

Then, coming out of the DVD recorder, I have component video going to TV, and fiber optic going to amp.

Problem as of late is that when switching my amp to the DVD input (and therefore, my computer), I get an electrical hum/buzz which varies from minor to annoying.

After an hour of troubleshooting, I've narrowed it down to my computer. When I unplug the 1/8" cable from the sound card, and put in a portable CD player, the buzz is gone.

So what are the possible causes of this feedback, how do I find it, and how do I get rid of it? Could it even be BEYOND my CPU, like maybe the surge protector? Thanks in advance.
