Need decadence for your Valentine Dinner? How about a Chocolate/Raspberry Pudding Cake ?

I needed to find a new chocolate dessert for a luncheon in February & when the new recipes arrived from Land of Lakes newsletter

thought I'd try this ahead of time . OMG-- rich, yummy, so easy & quick and there's very little I like more than chocolate & raspberries.
