Another poster I miss is renofan. I remember seeing her posting of pics of her new house in Colorado and then it seems we never heard from her again. It would be great to learn that things are going well for her after her divorce.

Igloochic posted on the thread "What movie star are you" - that was a few months ago. The only reason I remember is because we were both Audrey Hepburn.

Igloo posted just last week, and I meant to do a shout out to her but got side tracked.

What about the poster that lived in Arizona. She was very sick and was having a difficult time. Some people sent her money through Pay Pal. I was wondering if anyone is in touch with her?

ginakay, I believe you are talking about threegrad, she posted a few times
last year, early summer I believe is the last time, unless I missed other posts. She was posting an opinion though, she did not say how she was doing.

I believe threegrad is posting under another name; I recognized her room on a post last week under a new poster's name. I won't mention the thread since she may have her reasons for changing her screen name.

Threedgrad is definitely posting. She showed pics of her latest home in Phoenix, with questions about how to improve her yard, which is in serious need of help. I was glad to see her post. She had had such a rugged time during her illness. Nice to know that the decorating gene stands up to anything!

OH, thanks girls! I would have never connected the two~I did see that. I am very glad that she is posting, and hopefully is in a better place with her health.

What about the poster named belladonna? bellaflora? Wasn't she also ill? She posted frequently and then seemed to disappear. Hope she's OK.

I think you may be talking about Sandy Ponder, she just posted in a thread on the conversations side.

The person I would love to see again is Bronwinsmom, I think that's her name. She was a designer/decorator who would bend over backwards to help people with drawing and ideas. I loved her style and simple solutions. And she had a very kind way of going about it as well.

I remember Bronwynsmom. She asked for dimensions and was nice enough to draw up a LR plan for me. I honestly haven't seen her post since. Boy, that sure doesn't sound good, huh? I do remember her saying she was busy.

Yeah, I remember that! She was so nice. I wanted to pick her brain about my living room but by the time I got done with our master bathroom and was ready, she was gone. :c( She had such great vision, I'm not surprised if she's busy.

Igloo,is just been busy.Just started taking up rug in servarnts dinning room (family), so she can paint floor, and then paint walls, so it will be a temp. fix for a few years till they do the kit. when this room will be torn apart. Of course! as happens all is stopped this week as son is now the 4th ar 5th in county to have come down with
whooping cough.( Did catch it early so that helps.)

I also miss Bronwynsmom. She used to give really in-depth, detailed advice. Towards the end I remember her insinuating she received negative comments from other posters. I was hoping it would pass but she left shortly afterwards and I haven't seen her since. A real loss for GW.

Les still posts here, she posted on a thread about chairs earlier today. And yes, she does have great vision.

We also used to have a Photoshop master that did amazing work. I don't remember her name but it made such a difference to see "what if" regarding wall color, furniture, and drapery.

The person I always think about is Housekeeping aka Molly. She lived in the Upper Hudson Valley, I think. Her husband passed and she disappeared. She was an amazing poster - a font of knowledge. - generous, kind. So sad...

The person with the Kermit green cabs and her DH had heart trouble and was Maddiemom6...or something close to that. Our DD is Maddie also so I always remember her name. She has/had a very active craft blog and was posting to that and had posted a bunch to pools also.

Yes there was some controversy to Squirrel's leaving but I can't remember what. Seems like some of the best leave for that reason.

Anyone remember Chicoryflower? She had a great MCM house and cool art work. If I remember correctly she had health issues too. I hope she is ok.

I always enjoyed punamysike's (sp?) posts. She was a very talented craftswoman and seemed like a nice person.

nancy, if I'm not mistaken, punamy lost her DH this year, suddenly; she was posting for a while on the CF. Lately I'm not so sure.

Long story short...had some computer-related problems and when they got resolved I realized how much of a time suck these forums had become. So I dropped off for a while.

I do stop in and lurk now and then, but I doubt that I'll ever get back to posting as often as I used to.

I remember because DH and I were going to Italy and she told a story about her trip to Venice. I jokingly invited her to join us but she was in the middle of remodeling. And she had this picture of her decorated temporary kitchen in the garage. Did she halt the remodeling?

I have been mostly wondering about her son who had a rare condition and they were fighting it w/o using tube-feeding. Was he able to overcome it? How is he?

I have been genuinely concerned and waiting for the promised headlines about the "first family to overcome ..."

Igloo or her "mommy", if you are reading this, could you update on the status?
