Good grief - how do I narrow it down? I have hundreds of inspiration rooms saved on my computer or tear sheets from magazines! I'll come up with something......

I have over-the-top inspiration photos out the wazzoo. But they no longer have the same thrill for me. What draws me in now is what's real for us, what's attainable, what looks like the way we live now or would live in different house in a different climate.

Is that a giant straw hat on the wall in your middle picture? That freaks me out and I could never sleep in that otherwise lovely room. Who stayed there last, and might return for their sun hat? The Jolly Green Giant?

I have an oak vanity like this(in natural red oak,same exact faucets) with the big mirror...I'm lusting after the center cabinet. DH thinks it's unnecessary and junks it up....? OK....

I like the cabinets under the breakfast bar like this one has...

Oh, yes, I can imagine myself chilling out in that room any day, any time. I LOVE everything about that house. I could move right in and would not have to change anything, and I cannot say that very often (if ever). I linked the architects website below with more pictures of this house. If I won the lottery, the first phone call to a non-family member would be to this architect, LOL!

One little thing that really caught my eye (after lusting after the house as a whole) is the built-in bookshelf nook over the bed. So simple, yet so practical! I don't think I have seen that done before - maybe I just havn't noticed before.

Since I am at work all the time, this is the "room" I would like to have. Man this showroom is amazing. If I had a couple of million for more space and containers of cool furniture, this is what I want.
