No boil lasagne noodles

I just made lasagne for the first time in ages. The way I do it is simple semi homemade (jarred sauce) follow the box directions more ore less, hard to screw up.

I did try no boil noodles for the first time. They taste fine and all but my lasagne is sort of dry, not so bad fresh but will be a problem for warm ups and freezing. They tend to suck up moisture so I'm posting this as sort of a tip or warning.

After the fact (smacks forehead!) I checked the Barilla site and they also recommend not cooking first before freezing - duh, too late (and I don't ever want to do that anyway). So its dry and I want to freeze it. Hm. Guess get some more sauce to put around it before I wrap it.

Anyway thought I'd post this. Otherwise the ingredients on the box is about the same as regular or I wouldn't have tried them. One less pot to clean, just use more sauce, maybe a thinner sauce to boot.
