What to do with London Broil cut?

Apart from actually making London Broil with it, what else can I use this cut for? It's tough, I know. Does it respond well to pounding, or is brazing necessary?

I did find a London Broil recipe here I've used, but since I have LOT, and there's only two of us at home right now, I'd like to know if there are other options as well.

Not a pot roast, I use Chuck for that, and we already eat too much pot roast! Thanks!
