Substitution for cream cheese? Use Sour Cream?

I started to make recipe that calls for a 3 oz package of cream cheese. I have about 1 cup of sour cream, and other cheeses such as mozzarella, parmesan, Colby jack, asiago, feta, cheddar. I'm rich in the cheese department, just don't have the right one! Can I do anything with a combination of any of these?

The recipe is a sort-of Mexican stew dish with chicken, salsa verde, tomatoes, beans, corn, spices, etc. The cream cheese is added at the end to thicken the sauce and make it creamy.
