Found the problem. Service provider is making some major changes to the servers and the way we get email. I can't say the changes will be for the better (but they say it). Anyone ever heard of MailFoundry? It is the new service my provider will be using. Don't see how it can be better than Postini. You may experience some issues as we make this transition to the new mail servers. Postini is no longer filtering your email, but a new product called MailFoundry is protecting your bledsoe.net email from getting SPAM and Viruses. You no longer have to log in to any web site to see what SPAM and viruses have been caught. You will get a daily email from MailFoundry showing what email has been caught and instructions on how to release an email that has been caught as SPAM. Any SPAM or Viruses will be deleted after 10 days on the MailFoundry filter. We hope this product will deliver the email you want to your inbox and catch the email you don't want.

If you are positive that is the offending file use Windows Explorer. Right click Start click Explore. Scroll down the left side and click the plus sign beside Windows. Now scroll down and click on the System32 folder. Your unwanted file should now show in the right pane on your screen. Personally I would rename at first rather than remove it. Just change the DLL to DDD so it cannot run or be recognised by the computer. Then later once you are convinced everything is normal you can return and remove the file.

Try to delete through command prompt. Start>Run>cmd then type "cd desktop" (no quotes) then you can type dir to see the files on the desktop or if you know the file name type "del filename.extension" (include quotes around the filename ONLY if it has spaces.) Hope this helps Adam

You might look in your control panel at ' Users ' See if you have Administrator privileges ? Perhaps let us know what version of windows you have,, maybe the program name too.
