Well I sort of thought the hype about RegCure looked a bit contrived - suspected it might have been self serving so I messed around with it some and.. You have to buy RegCure - I didn't see that right off. I tried it and it found 487 problems of which it fixt 3; the rest if it got registered. They haven't sent the KEY yet. Maybe you get one free run, ie one free fix w/o money. I ran Abexo and got 33 errors which I left. I ran RegSeeker (Same outfit ?) which got 115 errors which I eliminated. I re-ran Abexo and got 11 errors which I eliminated. I reran RegCure and got 473 errors. I reran Regseeker and got 6 errors which I eliminated. I re-re ran RegCure and got 477 errors which remain unfixt. What a crock! The mind boggles. For sure the RegCure ran way faster than tuthers. Perhaps it would be worth the money vs buying another printer but I spect it would be a gamble.

In a way this is funny.. guess who wrote that post but then I couldn't find it..I figured they didn't put it on as I tried to put in the urls but they didn't work..I did try ignore before but it wouldn't let me..after several tries just now it did. I am still having problem with it saying I'm not connected to the INTERNET..I'll try to work through that somehow. A couple of years ago my son worked with them some on the skins. He may have been as much a problem as help.. who know. They were good to him & kind. They did use several of his ideas. They have gone beyond his knowledge now. Before this version his name was also in the credits for the skins. Maybe tomorrow my son can help me now..(also maybe not) I believe he was the one who figured out IE8 was part of the problem with updates..at least one of them :) He lives in VA so isn't here to help me physically. I guess Weather Watcher has a special spot in my heart. I'll let U know if I get it working. Dar

Thank you both for the quick responses ! :-) RC, I didn't want to try that (on my own) only because I was afraid of losing something permanently that I might need later. No matter.... Zep's suggestion did the trick ! I don't know whether it was the safe mode or just the reboot (which I hadn't tried), but the file has been successfully deleted and the RB emptied. Thanks again ! :-)

You might look in your control panel at ' Users ' See if you have Administrator privileges ? Perhaps let us know what version of windows you have,, maybe the program name too.
