I'm not sure about the convection, but I do know the following GE Profile ranges have a bridge element and a 6"/9"/12" element. They also all have a Warming Zone.

Free-standing Ranges:

* GE Profile 30" Free-Standing Double Oven Range, model PB975SMSS

* GE Profile 30" Free-Standing Double Oven Range, model JB968SLSS

* GE Profile 30" Free-Standing Electric Range with Warming Drawer, model JB910SLSS. The largest ring is only dual 9"/12"

Slide-in Range:

* GE Profile 30" Slide-In Electric Range, model JS968SKSS

Drop-in Range:

* GE Profile 30" Drop-In Electric Range, model JD968SKSS

Pcheferin  What do you mean by a hat box???

Actually the presence of a hat box isn't the deciding factor between american and european (aka true) convection. The true convection will have a third heating element around the fan, while the american convection will not. So look at the specs to see if a third element is listed, don't just rely on whether the back of the oven cavity is flat or not.

Check out the Fridgidaire linked below. It does have the 3rd heating element, bridge burner etc. We have friends that have this range and they're quite happy with it.

alku05 - that Frigidaire looks pretty good. The issue for me with the "hat box" is really just the room that it takes away from the cavity of the oven. I have a Pampered Chef round 15" stone that does not fit in any of the ovens with the "hat box". I need the convection oven to have a flatter back so my stone fits.

jeri - "hat box" is the convection fan that sticks into the cavity of the oven about 2 inches or so depending upon the oven. It is against the back wall of the oven. In my research, the oven capacity stated in specs does not account for that intrusion. The reason it is called a "hat box" is because it looks like a "hat box" on its side.

I pulled up the specs for the GE Profile and it has the third element. Next time IÂm in HD I will look for the Hat Box inside that unit. Hmmmm  I wonder if I can tell from the diagram off the check Ok  it does look like something sticks out Because IÂm interested in the GE Café (duel fuel with a long center burner) I checked that too. I donÂt think that one has the "hat box". But! I will defiantly be sticking my head into both of these units next time IÂm at HD! :-)

Just saw this post and probably too late, but I have some of the same requirements and am looking at the Electrolux drop in 30" electric range...bridge element, convection, even a second lower oven. They are european...own fridigaire now.

We have ordered teh Viking 30" elcric pro model. which has true convestion but is costly and one cannot get a discount. We have not see one as it it hard to find.
Will see it before it is delivered. Also considering the GE drop in.
