Ok...I just copied what it said I needed from the instructions. The installation from my old Dell was all on one disk. I'd be afraid I'd mess up the installation if it ended up on multiple CDs. Maybe I should say that there would be more chance for error on my part. The instructions also said that the USB key should have a minimum capacity of 8 GB. Well, when I go to Control Panel, I see there are 45 programs now with total space of 1.12 GB. So what gives with them saying I need a minimum of 8GB? I'm guessing that it would all go on one of the disks at the link below. About them...it says, "This recordable DVD features AccuCORE technology which is 100x more scratch resistant than standard discs. NECND6500A-V203E.zip is the file you want. Unzip and run the .exe file. DO NOT SHUT DOWN THE COMPUTER WHILE THE BURNER IS BEING FLASHED. Additionally, if you are using philips media, dump them. The media is not good. Stick with TDK, Maxell, Taiyo Yuden, or Ritek RiData (my personal favorite). What brand of media are you trying to use? Let me know how you do. I have this sink and I LOVE it. Never thought I could actually love a sink - choosing it was almost an afterthought when we got new counters - but it's really wonderful. The deeper bowl can be a bit tough on the back at times, and I have not been able to find a rack that works with it. I love the big bowl for big items (high chair tray, roasting pan, big cutting boards). We have not often filled it over the low divider, though - this bowl is big enough that hasn't really been a need. We also use just the little sink sometimes if we just have a few smaller items to wash. We love having the disposal free while we are washing dishes. We entertain a lot and it's nice for one of us to still scrape dishes while the other starts washing. I live in a hard water area so mine does show water drips. I've also struggled with a filmy haze on the sink that slowly developed over the last 6 months. I just figured it out, though. Swanstone has updated their cleaning instructions since I bought it, and they recommend using Magic Eraser on it. That got a lot of it off, and then I wiped it down with white vinegar, let it sit for 10-20 minutes and it looked like NEW again. That was a week ago and it still looks great, so it seems the haze is gone. I plan to follow that maintenance every couple weeks or so to keep it looking pristine. They also say you can use Weiman's granite polish on it. I would disagree with skyedog that it is a dark brown. Ours is definitely not brown. It is what I would call a charcoal-ish black. It's black, but the stone in it sparkles a bit and makes it look a bit charcoal colored in some lighting. It's one of the best parts of our recent kitchen refresh!

I'm also looking for a stone look on a laminate budget. I don't have any experience with Wilsonart, but just wanted to share what our contractor told us. He isn't a fan of HD laminate because he has received some complaints about them, but he also says there's plenty of folks who haven't had any issues. As far as Formica goes, he says anything with a finish code of 56 or 58 (matte) is going to be more durable than something with a code of a 42 or 46 (HD and more shiny). I read the thread about the Formica basalt slate and I see that it's only available in a crystal finish which is a code 42. This is probably the type of thing my contractor was telling me about, so I decided to play it safe and go with a matte laminate, code 58. Hope that helps!
