The best thing to do is turn the printer off and then make sure that any pending print jobs are deleted from the print queue. Look for a little printer icon near the bottom right corner of the screen, on the Windows taskbar. Double click the icon to view the items in the print queue, then delete each one. well everyone I tried all the suggestions still no go...so what I did cuz I needed the info in it, was to do a copy and paste to an email that I sent to myself and printed it that way. Here is a thought and I'll run it by you guys, it looks like the long email was sent in something called MIME...don't know what that is but that may have something to do with it. In any event thanks to all for the replies.

The recent documents I have printed all are printed starting at top of page rather than where I have placed them I'm not sure what the problem is, from your description: Do you mean you placed some images and text in the middle of the page and it's floating to the top when you print? Or are you trying to print a selection from the middle of the page and it prints the whole document?

check on your actual email program for a print icon and use that print icon to print, not the one that is under file print on the browser. For example on hotmail at the top where it has New Delete Junk etc at the end of that there is a printer icon that is what I have to select to be able to print the actual email, using the regular print option does not work.
