I received a message this morning about something being added to the host file. It asked if I wanted to view the file and I said yes. The file is very, very, very long, and I don't know what I am reading. It didn't tell me what was being added. This is a tiny sample of the file:

Should these be there? For instance the IE-SpyAd and the Trojan.TrustedZones? I don't know what it is saying about these. Later on there are lots of casalmedia entries.

Any advice?
