OK, an update... The blow dryer method didn't work, it had overheating protection and kept shutting itself off. I removed the door. It still took some doing even after taking off all the screws/bolts. The freezer was almost full of ice/snow. I used some to line a cooler and transferred the food... then took much of the food to a friend's house, she had room in her freezer. Some of the tomatoes had freezer burn so threw them out. A batch of sauce we make still looked excellent so saved it. About 50lbs of deseeded, dejuiced maters in freezer bags that were in a big coated box look great still. If they defrost I'll run them thru the Spremy. It's not like I don't have enough tomatoes on the plants still, which are still flourishing... Now to get her back here later today to get at the 3 screws that go on the bottom of the door... Mark

Wow, pretty shade of purple on those blooms. I have a couple Manzano plants growing that have similar blooms that seem to struggle to open all the way. They are producing some nice peppers but not a lot. I just figured it was normal but maybe not. If the plant has been producing blooms since May but hasn't set any pods yet, then I would say you definitely have a problem. I don't really know what the problem would be, but one possible fix would be to wait until the bloom is mature and then open it yourself carefully and manually pollinate it. I know, not very convenient, but at least you have a shot at getting some peppers to set. I would love to see that plant full of ripening peppers. Bruce

Not really sure Lynn. I don't use the program but I did install it from my first link I provided you. I was able to run it and got an 89% all abode products have issues ha ha.. What i usually do in that situation if it's only 1 program having an issue is as we did uninstall it, delete the programs files folder if it's there after uninstalling. I mean you could try it again, this time reboot before installing again. Or you could see if the program opens in Safe Mode just for fun.

Hopefully as well as an up to date virus scanner, you are using a good Firewall and check periodically with some Spyware software
