my question would be how exactly did you remove McAfee because it takes a special program to do the full removal if you did not use their special tool then I would get this and use it to fully remove all aspects of McAfee which can definitely leave a lot behind and cause conflicts. Using AppRemover you will definitely want to get rid of the registry cleaner and not be using that. Hi, I happened to call the company before ordering via Amazon to ask that and if I could possibly merge data from my "trial version" (which I cannot) and the salesperson said, yes it does print usable plans but at 18" x 24" maximum size (which, according to him is a widely accepted size nowadays). Sapphires you might consider changing from Zonealarm in the near future because it no longer supports your Windows 98. This does not have the same urgency as changing your anti virus but should be done at some point. Comodo, linked below, is very similar to Zonealarm in that it pops up near the clock when looking for permission or denial. There are other free firewalls just as good of course. I use this on my main computer along with their anti virus. A word of caution though if you use the Comodo anti virus, for some reason Windows XP refuses to recognise it and tells me I am exposed. I haven't gotten notification yet, but will DL when I do. I really like AVG because it works well and updates are quick an easy, and most important it doesn't clog my computer and slow it down. I hate Norton too, Caroline, and McCaffee was no better. They seemed so invasive they might as well have been viruses themselves. Sandy
