Gas or duel fuel 36' range recommendations

We would like to remodel our kitchen in the next few years, but I really really want a nice range, but the cost of a Wolf or Viking would be too much I think, and I'm not sure I need to have Wolf or Viking. I would like it but not for $7000 or so.

First I want a 36" range. 30" is too small, 36" would be good. I think we would prefer 6 burners. I dont care for a griddle. I dont really do alot of frying and if I want to I can use a frying pan. It would have to have a professional look, so stainless steel exterior. My husband likes to do wok cooking, so we definitely want gas, with at least one high BTU burner. Right now we have a electric Jenn-Air cooktop + walloven and we hate it. I dont care if its dual-fuel. But it seems like most professional ranges are.

I'd prefer a full on range. I dont really like the whole separate cooktop/wall-oven combo.

Convection oven would be nice too. I dont do a TON of oven cooking. usually just some random baking and maybe broiling fish, cooking turkey, lasagna etc...

What other brands should i be looking at? I'd probably be looking to spend like $4000 tops.
