Which National Retailer has best 'No Lemon Policy'?

Buying a new refrigerator with ice service in the door has me nervous. And after 23 years of having in door ice service I have to have it. There seems to be no "sure thing" though.

So I am looking at No Lemon Policy provisions.

Home Depot says they will replace a lemon on the third attempt to repair the same problem within a 12 month period.

Lowes says they will replace on the fourth attempt to repair same problem within a 12 month period.

I have read complaints online that Sears no lemon policy does not count repairs the first year under the manufacturer's warranty. Only covers the repairs done under the extended warranty period.

It seems Best Buy no longer has a no lemon policy. Its west coast high end affiliate Pacific Sales appears not have one either but not 100% sure.

Has anybody here had a good experience using the no lemon provision after obviously having the bad experience of repeated breakdowns?

Or do all No Lemon Policy provisions suck and just shop on price alone LOL.
