Since you haven't mentioned what sort of computer you have and didn't say what version of Windows you're using, I can only make a couple guesses. Usually, something that is labeled "Recovery" is your recovery partition and is there to return your system to the way it was when it was first built. You should not be adding or deleting any files from this space--leave it alone. The amount of space it shows is probably normal, and it's usually too small to worry about anyway. I have no idea why yours is labeled "D". Usually, something that is labeled "D" is your CD or DVD optical drive and you would only be seeing space used/available on it if there was a disc in the drive and you were reading it. However, if that is what you are doing then the numbers you provided don't make any sense to me.

If you have already emptied/deleted them from the Deleted Items folder they are gone absent a successful use of an application such as RECUVA which will be iffy. If you haven't and cannot find any Deleted Items folder, have you opened the Local Folder and/or any named dedicated folder by clicking on the + in front of it? This will reveal an account's tree. Found the answer by not using that blasted wizard. Checked the box to not show the wizard at startup. Then closed and reopened Recurva and there was the advanced (?) interface. Using Advanced: after the scan there was a box beside filename at the top. Checked it and automatically it placed a check beside each filename. Whew. Looks like everything except 3 files are recoverable. In 2 hours it will be on the desktop's D: drive. Including the tree structure which I checked under options. Glad it was only the 2 major directories (folders with subs).

ClientCore.exe seems to be part of HP SimplePass (a fingerprint reader). Does that sound right? If so does it work? Do you use it? Did you remove Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable while in Programs? Those two DLL files seem to be provided by it so reinstalling Visual C++ would likely give you the DLLs back.
