Now that is a very well-themed package! I love it! Have a good time finding lots of things to do with apples, Diane.

Shaun....well done!

Very nice. I see lots of apple pie in your future Diane. Those apple peelers have always fascinated me, let us know if it works as good as on the cooking shows. Great idea Shaun!!
James

shaun, well done. what a great themed and wonderfully wrapped package.

diane, i'm sure you will get plenty of use from all these items year round and for years to come. looking forward to seeing that first pie.

maryanne

I have an apple peeler like that and really love it, just the thing when you have a bushel of apples staring at you. Diane I'm sure you'll give it lots of use. The pie plate and apple book look great too!

Nice theme Shaun!

Nancy

What a great package. Apple pie is just the best dessert, year 'round.

Don't forget the peeler works great for potatoes too!

Nice job, Shaun!

That is one fine package Diane! Lucky girl. I'll look forward to seeing lots of pies coming out of your kitchen :)
Stellar swap theme Shaun!

I love the theme, the color, the presentation, everything!

Enjoy, Diane!

What a cute idea, Shaun. I know my DH would love the apple pie plate, since apple pie is his favorite thing to make and to eat. Looks like you'll get lots of enjoyment out of those gifts, Diane.

Sally

Shaun, you had me second guessing! I thought Allison was your parntner...You rascal! LOL!

Great package!

Cool theme Shaun !!! I think Diane should be Diana.....don't you !!! LOL Have fun making those pies. Diana55 Shaun....I thought Alison was your partner too !!!

Cute theme....that pie plate looks wider than most? or is it just the way it's photographed?? I like the bright red color!

I like that red color too, and I have one of those peelers, even the same brand, I love it.

Diane, you're so gonna love that peeler when apple season comes around. Mine also slices, so it makes pie a snap, or slices for canned apple pie filling or for sauteed apples to go with a pork roast. Ashley even uses it just to peel and slice an apple for eating, but I think she just likes to play with it, LOL.

Great package, Shaun.

Annie

That is one of the neatest themes. I liked my cupcake theme and now an apple theme. Unfortunately my theme, is stuff that fits in a box.

I don't know what I would do with out my apple pealer, Last year the late frost and freeze left me with no apples to can, but the year before I think I canned 100 pints of applesauce in all sorts of combinations. Glad I did because Hayden just loves the stuff.

Now I want the apple pie plate, you don't think 20 pie plates is too many to want another one do you??

Stacie

What a great swap package! Love the colour of your apple pie plate. The cookbook looks interesting, you'll have to show us what you make from it. The apple peeler is great for peeling potatoes and then frying them as well!

Shelley

Ok, I have to break down and buy one of those peeler/slicer/corers. For the two or three times a year I make apple pies in bulk, it would be so worth it. Especially hearing the testimony from all of you apple experts:-)

Diane, that's a mighty nice group of swap gifts you have there. Shaun, you did really good! The theme is a real pleaser, since pretty much everyone loves apples! The cookbook looks very interesting, and the pie plate will brighten up Diane's kitchen with it's cheery colors.

Wonderful sweet swap package - enjoy it all!
DONNA

Diane! So glad it all made it in one piece. Hee hee, or should I say, 3 pieces?

Enjoy~~ And dont forget to take pictures to show us your apple creations.

Yes Diane, I got your email and responded, did you get mine?

wow, great package! You can tell the thought that went into it, Shaun. :-)

I'm envious that you found a subtheme.

Diane, enjoy your gifts - looking forward to hearing about your creations!

Stacy

You will love that apple peeler, corer. Lori got me one as a surcie, and I have used it so many times. I just LOVE that theme, and love that red plate also. It looks like a perfect swap package for you. Nice job, Shaun. Lucky you, Diane.

Last night we watched A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy, and Woody Allen peeled an apple using a similar apple peeler. It made me think of this package.

Have fun with the apples - nice theme!

Lars

What a cheery package! That apple peeler looks like a real machine -- you can plow thru tons of apples with that.

What a wonderful package, Shaun. You done good! Keep up with that apple a day, Diane....

Shaun that's a cute theme and a nice package. Diane, you'll have to post a pie picture soon!

Shaun what are you thinking??? You've raised the bar, now I have to start all over!

A theme! I love it, and how fabulous...right down to the wrapping. The plate looks so pretty! And I love my apple peeler...except that I bought mine with potatoes in mind. I know that it doesn't go with the theme but maybe if you try red potatoes?

What a great box!

Nina

Diane, that package is just...so you; Shaun, you did a super swap!

How fun!!!!
I have apples as my theme in my kitchen....
Great swap package.

Linda

Beautiful things...some people are so good at themes.

OK I admit it. I suck at presentation. I just throw my stuff in a box. No wrapping. I even had my ebay seller wrap the item so I wouldn't have to do it.

So I am in awe and jealousy of those who DO take the time to make a nice package; kudos to you!

Shaun you did great with a perfect package for Diane. I know she has the RA and I think that apple peeler is just the ticket!

ROFL about not seeing a doctor today....what would doc say to that?

Well Jessy what can I say-- there are days there's no keeping the guy away but then there's some days--- well the guy is 68 ya know !

ROFL Diane and Jessy!! Okay, this is a great package for you Diane. I can't wait to see the pics when you take a day for baking or canning. I know for sure these items will be put to good use.

Great theme and package Shaun!!

David

Shaun- Way to stick on a theme! I know Diane appreciates this special package! You covered all the bases and stuck to the theme!
