Many video cards can turn the monitor off or on or put them into a power saving mode. nersoft has a small windows command line .exe that does lots of things like that. As an example... Have a shortcut on my laptop/desktop; C:\anyFile\nirsoft\nircmd\nircmd.exe cmdwait 1000 monitor off a mouse wiggle wakes it up. iwoagirl2006, Thank you for the info on Microsoft PowerToys, I never heard of it before now. I will have to look this over, it sounds pretty neat. pkponder, is there a check next to Block Images and other external content in HTML email? There is no checkmark in that box. What type of picture file are you attempting to attach? I have some pictures from my camera (Kodak easyshare camera)and I took them from the Kodak gallery and transfered them into a folder. I then resized some of those pictures. I right click on the picture itself then choose send to, then Mail Recipient and it goes to Outlook Express. It's worked before but not now. I just happened to notice when I went to my other clipart folders that when I put my mouse on a clipart it is now showing Kodak Easyshare, those cliparts did not come from Kodak Easyshare they came from the Microsoft website where I got them from Microsoft Publisher to make cards. Why did Kodak easyshare take over my cliparts and how do I get it back to normal? Now I know what has happened the Kodak software is set as the default picture viewer. I don't know how that happened. How do I Change the application back to Windows Media Viewer? When it is set to the Media Viewer I can do everything in Outlook Express as I use to and open the paperclip to see the pictures that come in to me. The search that I did really doesn't help me much with this problem but it did let me know what happened and when I checked out every picture, clipart etc that I have in my folders it shows Kodak Easyshare .gif or jpeg etc. Now that I know what the problem is I need to know how to get my clipart etc to open with the Windows Picture Viewer. Any idea's? thirdfrt!!!

Thanks Txgal! I had to laugh at your comment how they loved to see you coming! Our subs love to see me on the last day because they know they are getting a couple of six packs! The framers hated to see me because I got on them about their trash all the time!! Amy - I LOVED Steel Magnolias!!! It was my favorite movie but I do not remember that line. I need to go and rent it again! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE wide plank wood floors. I can not sell DH on it. I really think if I get this job next week I am interviewing for he will go for it (money issue more then anything)! Keeping fingers crossed. I saw a wide plank floor today that I fell in love with...DH loved it also!!! I just can not find a tile floor I like at all. Maybe because my heart really wants wood. GC keeps telling me I would crazy to get wood with the dogs, cat, kid. DH agreed to look at the alder doors again so I am happy about that :-) Worthy - The stone is sandstone, it was all hand chipped and done with a Texas Tan mortar. The window sills are all slanted a bit for water run off. I am not sure if there are grooves in it though. I will have to find out on that! Thanks for the info!

If anyone has any doubt about mixing different hardware finishes they should just have a look at your stunning kitchen. I see oil-rubbed bronze bar faucet, chrome (or could be polished nickel) main faucet and hardware on white cabs, polished brass cup pulls on island, muted brass for pendant lights. And it all works beautifully together. Congrats on your beautiful kitchen and home!!! Oh, one question about your floors. What type of hardwood are they and could you share the stain brand and colour? We have red oak floors and are staining them a similar colours to yours. Thanks!
