just in case you do not know how to use it, once you have it put back in place then any time you visit a site say like this one that you like to visit, while you are on that site just reach up to the address bar and grab the little icon at the front of each address and drag it right down onto that bar and voila you now have a link to click to go there. If you want to change the name or something just right click on it and choose properties there you can change the name etc.

ok when you get a pop up from firefox saying it has an update for you it will always tell you what version it is going to be updating you to, for example this latest one that just popped up for me yesterday said it was going to install 2.0.0.16 this is a screen shot of that update notice box as you can see it tells you the version number and also has a link you can click on that tells you more details about this update. To find the current version you have of firefox go to Help at the top then About Firefox. Any big upgrade from like version 2 to version 3 it will not come by auto update you will have to go to the firefox download website and download it from there so you do not have to worry about that.

I am in my late sixties and having seen my parents living on borrowed money I decided early on that I would not do that. Recently my husband who has dementia lost the use of his legs. Not having things in place I had to obtain a guardianship. In doing this my attorney asked if I could live only on what I owned. I set up a separate bank account for this and found that I could barely get by. I am lucky I could cash in my E bonds to cover the rest of my expenses, car payment, house and car taxes, and insurance on them. Every time I changed jobs I put the retirement funds in CD's. Most things do not pay more than a couple of dollars of current interest. Having invested in the E bonds I could cash one a month for years. The reason I suggest the Roth is that when I finally start withdrawing from my 401 we will be in a higher tax bracket unless I decide to file separate. Roth's were not available during most of my working years or I would probably have them. The downside of spreading things is that when I die some things might be missed since most of my things are handled electronically.

Update: Some of the succulents I planted into gritty mix have been shriveling, which I thought was thirst, but watering didn't help... so I realized they're probably rotting. The tall sticks (which I thought were "Minima" Jades but after seeing a lookaIike at Home Depot, I think are actually Portulacaria afra) are definitely rotting away from the tips and new shoots down. :( So I think I need to pull these out, wash the old soil off the roots, remove any rotten parts, and let dry. I have a few questions: 1) if the stem is rotting, what does that look like, and how much stem/leaves should I remove? 2) Can I leave any roots if they look OK, and does drying them out kill them anyway? Or is this essentially like making a cutting and letting it callous and make new roots? 3) Once they dry can I just replant them where they were in the gritty mix? On a more fun note, I went to Home Depot yesterday intending to buy zero succulents and instead spent an hour taking pictures and purchasing 7 new ones! And to my delight, all but one had an actual species ID! Here's a closeup of it - anyone know what it is? The Ogre Ears had mealy bugs so I doused all of them with 50% rubbing alcohol last night. I also watered them because their soil all seemed bone dry, which I'm learning maybe I really shouldn't need to do? :/ I want to transplant them to gritty mix today (and do it right this time! Wash off all the soil and let dry). Also at Home Depot, I think I was able to better ID some of my current succulents, like the Crassula ovata "Minima" (#8) actually being a Portulacaria afra. The original mystery plant could possibly be Sedeveria "Sorrento"? Though the leaves look bigger/fatter on this one than they were on mine: OR possibly Sedeveria "Jet Beads"? These leaves aren't bigger but they do seem fatter than what I have... Not sure either of these are it: #3 Could actually be Graptosedum "Blue Giant"? A very similar-looking succulent was labeled this at HD, but I can't find photos to confirm it online. Maybe it's actually Sedeveria "Blue Giant"? #6 I thought looked like a plant labeled Sedeveria "Harry Butterfield," but looking online, it doesn't look right to me... #18 Senecio vitalis (Narrow-Leaf Chalksticks) #19 Graptopetalum pentandrum - EDIT: Actually more likely G. superbum #22 Sedum adolphii (Golden Sedum), instead of Coppertone Sedum?
