It appears that it is gone. I used the Remover instructions you gave me RC on the Google home page and never saw AVG when I clicked on the the AVG toolbar options/advance. Nor did I see it in IE. The only option for search providers was Google listed as default/enabled/not available. I saw it in Firefox and removed it. I have only uploaded that program a few months back but never used it. I removed the Google toolbar on the culprit Google home page that was with the AVG toolbar and the AVG disappeared. Then I brought back Google. I rebooted and it is still gone and not listed as a program.I am holding my breath as it is a backward way of following the directions though I tried carefully to do that. grandms.Your thought about the company called "On call 25/8" has been running through my mind since they came out and created a pw to get into Windows last week. They had my computer a couple of months ago when I couldn't find a graphic device and did a thorough look. There was something wrong about the guys paying forward pitch that bothered me. For $750 I could get so many hours of future help in my home. He also would take care of installing my new router and Apple apps. There are other On Call 25/8 companies and wonder if anyone has heard of them. Raven thanks again for standing by as I made my way through these instructions. I hope this is the end. I put lots of flyers online and I always save them as .jpg files and put them in an html file. That way I have control over the size. I use .jpg's because they are compressed. The flyer that you linked to above is 1.8mb's!!! It took forever to download with my dial-up connection. With it being just a black and white flyer, you should be able to save as a .jpg and it would be much smaller in kb's.

Michelle the only conclusion I can think of is the web pages in question are built too wide. Many of us build a web site just because we can and it is cool. However sometimes we do not fully understand the complications especially in setting the width. My web sites are built to 800 pixels wide to accommodate 99%of computer users. If I built one and set it to 1024 pixels wide so it fills my own screen then it would be too wide for perhaps 60% of users. You may also notice there are still a lot of web pages that hug the left side but not filling the width even on a 17 inch monitor. These are probably still set to 640 pixels for a 15 inch screen. Could this be the answer? Post a link to one of these sites if you like so others can see how it looks on their screen.

Take a look at something with all the spaces you're considering in a more consolidated, better laid out design with a proportional roof: https://www.thehousedesigners.com/plan/southborough-cottage-house-plan-5558/ Make a couple changes -- note image below: - Pull the (green) great room out so it receives natural light ... put in a single French door between the great room and the covered porch (purple), which is now more square /less rectangle ... better for setting up an outdoor seating area, and it doesn't block your light. With this in mind, I would add windows to the SIDE of the kids' rooms. I'd then add a patio, which could be accessed from the screen porch, the great room, or the master bedroom. - Re-do the master bath (red) and master closet (blue) so that the bath receives natural light. You could also have a door connecting the closet and the laundry -- so convenient. I'd probably make the laundry /closet a bit deeper to allow for a folding cabinet opposite the machines. - Add your second garage (yellow) to the side ... the yellow garage would be slightly larger than the existing one. (I actually wouldn't do this, but you say it's a must.) - The breakfast area isn't 'specially spacious, but you could easily stretch your table out into the great room when you have a big group. - With the hall bath available for guests, I'd make the half-bath into a lovely little desk spot ... so convenient off the kitchen. Or a pantry. - It's not perfect, but it still gives you your craft space in the area that's now a dining room ... or you could use one of the kids' bedrooms as your craft space and put the other kid in the upstairs bonus room. Note that the flow works better: the hallways aren't long and twisty-turny.
