Bathroom Disaster

Well, it is not quite a disaster but I am not happy with it. The remodel was for a kids bathroom. I made a few mistakes with sizes of things. It is a small bathroom (7 by 7). My first issue is the vanity, which is the Pottery Barn classic single sink console. It is beautiful but a little too big for the space (36 X 36 x24.5)With a step stool, the kids can reach but I think it is the depth that bothers me the most. Next, the toilet is a comfort height one (16.5) . The kids are fine with it but it is not exactly ideal for them. Lastly, the tub is a soaking one at 20 inches deep. It is a beautiful bathtub for the money and the kids seem to love it. I just wish my 5 year old girl had am easier time getting into it. She does not ask for help, though. Before purchase, I ran everything by my contractor and he said everything was fine. I doubt that I will do anything about the tub but I am considering changing the vanity and may be the toilet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you!
