Bosch oven installed under GE induction?

I was originally going to use Bosch induction + oven, but Bosch told me the junction box needs to be 12" away which would get in the oven's back. Now I want to go with the GE profile 30" induction, in the installation guide it says it can go over GE Ovens. However I am not pleased with the GE oven's, $300 up charge for SS model which is a thin SS attached with double sided tape. I could get the Bosch 800 for the same price and it seems to have better convection, more powerful (30 amps vs GE's 20 Amps) temperature probe, dot matrix display, better fit and finish.

Since the measurement of the Bosch is about identical to the GE, (I looked at both installation guide for cabinet cutout sizes.) is there any reason I cannot use a Bosch oven under the GE cook top? The GE cooktop says to observe a 4" below the countertop before oven cut out, as long as I follow this I think it will be OK?
