While we would love to have you here in Florida for a visit, Brooklyn Gia is motivation to endure the Siberian cold. Besides it got chilly last night and it's only 74 degrees here today.

She is so very sweet, did they send her home in a stocking? I ask because my Brooklyn was born Dec 6th 15 years ago and still have her stocking. (I'm a bit partial to the name too!)

thanks everyone !! no stocking, they were released at noon on xmas day, so we packed up and left, they only keep them 48 hours here even by caesarian.

They are doing well at home now: I am their purveyor of food and lattes and fresh produce , as well as holding Brooklyn while they do other things. It's great !

Brooklyn turned 8 weeks monday, she's just starting to understand day and night ( barely ) !

Well, that's about as much cute as I can stand all at once! She really is a beautiful baby. Glad she is sleeping through the night (mostly). Those first few months are exhausting, but wonderful. Thank you for sharing her with us.

here she is at 3 months, I need an outfit like that, minus the pompom socks, lolâ¦.

I could just kick myself for not checking in at the CF more often. I've enjoyed watching Brooklyn grow in just the few minutes it took me to read this thread. Mitch, she is beautiful! I know how proud you must be.

thanks all, I do miss her an awful lot, her mommies are very good at sending me photos and videos though, and we do Skype once in a while. I'm headed to Montreal in 10 days, can't wait !!
