"When you need to remove user accounts, it is a good idea to disable the accounts first. When you are certain that disabling the account has not caused a problem, you can safely delete it.

I've searched every way possible to disable the account first and there is no "disable" feature. Guess I just delete or leave it alone.

I also found that page. I have to go to start/settings/control panel/users accounts. It's not listed in the computer management panel. With the user account that I want to delete, all I can do is "change the name, create a password, change the picture, change the account type or delete.
