Did you get this in an application you're running locally or on a web page? The reason I'm asking is that the directory name has WEB in it, so it looks like it might be from a web server. If so, the problem is not with your disk, but the disk on the server. If that's the case, you'll need to contact the website admin.

If you have not already try running a Malwarebytes scan, make sure you can up-Date malwarebytes too Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop click Here Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application. Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select "Quick Scan", then click Scan The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note) The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply. Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately.

Even after removing all apple related stuff the registry run key above is probably going to stay. We can also see that it's running at boot time or start up indicated by RUN, That's why your getting the error at start up. What happened is the user removed the apple program and left that behind....A registry run key.. appleSyncNotifier! I agree with owbist remove everything called apple! But you would want to do it in at least Safe Mode, that way the file AppleSyncNotifier.exe, wouldn't be running and should be able to be deleted. You can't delete a file that is running! It's probably to late now cause you said "you removed all Apple programs" by doing that you also removed the Apple uninstall feature that is contained in the programs. What I would do now is have the user boot to the Safe Mode so we can delete the left over Folders called Apple. The file AppleSyncNotifier.exe as we can see form my entry: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AppleSyncNotifier] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\AppleSyncNotifier.exe runs from the Common Files folder. So how do we follow the file path and get to that folder so we can Delete it. Lets follow the path folder by folder! C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\AppleSyncNotifier.exe Boot to Safe Mode first. Then open My Computer. Then Double click C Now look for Program Files Folder Double click it in that folder you will see Common Files Folder Don't delete the Common Files folder but double click it. Inside that folder look for a folder called Apple, once found right click and delete that folder. May as well go back to the Program Files Folder and also look for any Apple related folders and delete them too.

I had same error yesterday on a computer I was remoted into. I forget the program install it occurred on ..... I uninstalled/reinstalled updated versions of several programs on a xpsp2 computer. anyhow.. either an update to .net framework at microsoft... or maybe simply running her Internet Explorer for the first time ever was the fix. (her browser of choice, firefox 3.0 was one of the things I had uninstalled) Can't say for sure one of those is your fix.. but, I might try updating .NET .
