Anyone heard of Storm Block (puncture-resistant drywall)?

We are considering reinforcing the stairwell closet walls for a storm shelter in our new build, since there are a fair amount of tornadoes in our area. We don't want to go to the expense of a FEMA certified storm room, however.

We know under the stairs is the most structurally sound place in the house, and our architect mentioned there is a product called "Storm Block" that is essentially a puncture resistant drywall material. This would prevent objects from penetrating the walls of our shelter in the event of a tornado.

I did an online search for it, but as you can imagine the term storm block and storm bloc are used by a lot of products.

Has anyone heard of something like this, and were I could find out the costs?
