Wake up, I and most religious groups of which I am not a member, have a right to express their views including support for a voter's proposition. As for Marriage, that "Term/Word" had a long standing definition, and it isn't any two or three or whatever can do whatever they want and call it Marriage. .If some what to do other than the traditional (long standing, how about a thousand years) meaning of the word Marriage, think up their own word. I don't lcare what they do. I am Married and I don't think I should have to explain what that means. I am not telling people what they can do I'm saying Marriage is already defined in practice and law. I am seeking an alternative to Mozilla due to that organization folding to those who would punish anyone who doesn't line up with their view, who, more than a few of us, believe the word Marriage is already in use and defined. Tax law and rights to inheritance and hospital visitor access, to mention a few, doesn't require the mutilation of the word Marriage.

IMAP works such that what you do in the client is reflected to the server, and vice versa. That's the point of it vs. POP3. Any messages you want to retain on the GMail server, you can't delete them from the (IMAP) GMail account tree in Thunderbird. I *never* keep long-term copies of mail on a server. It's *my* mail, I want it archived to *my* computer. IMO there's too much risk of a hacker getting access by brute-force or a server-side security flaw. My computer is more secure, less likely to be hacked, and I can back up the data. I have messages in Thunderbird that date 10 years back. And archived data MUCH older from Outlook Express.

Dayl... Thanks, yes the "welcome" is in the inbox preview window. I don't find the scene particularly objectionable, but it takes time to load (I'm still on dial up) time that used to be used to check my ISP inbox and to notify me if there are any messages to download. I understand you to say remove the preview window, shut TB down and restart it in that mode. You mention drag the windwo size down (to zero), but I'd assume to chose no preview window would also work...we could test lots of things and I don't suggest that be done, thanks for the tip.

I do wonder if maybe we should reconsider, given your story, lucky...the base, with the 'blue steel' parts (flash Zoolander face : )) is in fine condition, and we saw that the wood parts of the base are made with very fine-grained oak, solid...you just don't see that these days. It's only the movable back that gave us pause. So with that in mind, may I ask, how much does reupholstering cost, lucky, just a general ballpark figure or range? The labor, not the fabric...This sofa is 101" wide... And CYN, CYN -- did you preorder Dizzy Heights? : ) A couple of days ago I watched "Lights of New York", filmed by Liam...it's haunting.
