Oh that is so funny Carol! Yes Pfeiffer loves the Molly. Those are the best floats in the world. I think I got mine because you recommended them and boy were you right! Yes Fifie and Ivy would be fighting over the Molly. Losing Drex last week was devastating. He had a brain tumor that hit hard and fast. He went so quickly it really caught us off guard-even though he was almost 14. That picture of him stretching out by the pool was on his last day. Strangely, he was absolutely fixated by the pool. He spent his last 3 days outside just staring at it-exactly as in the picture. It was so odd because he had stopped wanting to swim about mid-summer and didnÂt want anything to do with the pool. Then, he had stopped eating and drinking about 2 weeks ago and was going into kidney failure and he became fixated with just staring at the pool. It will forever be a mystery. When fife goes, it will be hard to ever find dogs that compare to these 2. I am glad your new ones are growing on you. I would hate to think I could never love doggies this much again..... It occurred to me that maybe it is time to change my user name. I did write some short stories last year-about my dad etc. I am trying to figure out how to tie them all together and then what to do with them. I am working on a short story about Drex right now. Every time I look at it I think....faster than a furring bullet! You have had cold weather down there this year! My friend who lives in Laguna Beach said it was a very odd summer-weather wise.

For years and years I used to be a paint addict until I came to the twelve steps...err the twelve foot ceiling house. Now I'm not liking it so much and have decided I need people. I loved the glazing and mural days though and I was very good at multi layering for depth. I miss those days. The older I get the more sensitive I am to anything unnatural on my skin or breathing paint fumes. I think all my years of diy have taken their toll. I will suffer to paint a canvas but do not enjoy the ladder or my joints after doing tall walls. Painting is a nice immediate gratification in most ways and I will be the labor for the easier eight foot ceiling in my sons place. I do wish I loved painting as much as I used to. My poor husband tried to be one of my people and paint for me but I am a nightmare micro manager on painting walls and trim so I had to fire him. It truly drives me mad if things are not prepped properly or if someone starts at the very top of a wall with a very wet roller and works down so you get dried drippies. I tried to teach him the X and to paint from that,but he can only go up and down, Its in his genes of something.

mama goose that link takes you to a picture of what the page looks like with the Stylish extension - it's not a truly clear representation of what it would look like on your computer. I use Chrome and just added the Stylish extension - back to the old GW morning glories look!! There are now horizontal dividing lines between posts on every thread - a huge help. The type is crisper in the posts, although still greyed out as I'm typing this but that will change when I post the reply. On the main page for each forum the type is larger, darker and there is clearer delineation between the different threads - everything is MUCH easier to read for me. It's still a work-around and does NOT get Houzz off the hook IMO, but at least it's a temporary improvement and I can participate again.
