Thanks for replying, I think I have it figured out. The library blocking it, but I thinks it's because I originally saved it in Wordperfect and they have word. I friend pointed that out just now. Sorry, I'm not too "computer friendly". Thanks again, though. Nicki

Just to add,your wired computer must be turned on in order for the wireless to print, at least mine does I found out.

THANKS!! it worked. I am so proud of me----being not that good on computers LOL Now, it is in documents, went to documents, and cannot make the print larger. This is information for a internet stamp class I am taking and it comes from the US Post Office. Some history stuff. Could it be they have some sort of block on it??? Any ideas??? Thanks Marie

I have had the printer hooked up to the same computer for a couple years now. I uploaded new drivers for the printer wiht no help printing from a site. I have a Hp Photo Smart C4740. I haven't made any changes to anyhting . Yes, it is the default printer. I only go to HP and Microsoft and check for updates. I can't get it to print anything from any site I am on that I want to print an article from. I get Massage from Web Page- there was an internal error and IE is unabl;e to print this document. I tried again after I updated the drivers in my printer and got this again.
