can't print whole page

Hi - could someone help me as I cannot seem to print the entire page of many websites. The width is the problem. Only half comes out going from left to right. The main one is a credit card statement that I need to copy & there is no offering for a printer version. I have tried making my font smaller but it didn't help on the site. I have a dell xps pc with a dell 924 printer. Also have firefox, IE and Aol. Thank you so much, Debbie.

I know the problem your having. It happens a lot if I print using AOL but not IE6. I have Easy Web Print that is supported only by IE6. It came with my Canon printer.
Try going to Edit at the top and Select All - Copy and than
paste it in an Email and than print it.

The most successful portal to accurate browser printing is through the Print Preview. Whether you have it on your Toolbar or you utilize the entry under File it allows you to determine the proper page and configure the printing process. In the case of this thread using the Firefox Print Preview, the thread currently consists of three pages with mes444's post on page one and my post is on page three. I would just configure the Print window to the page I wish to print and select the Print button on the utility window. there are many really good useful screen capture free programs out there, bobs link to those at gizmo provides several of the top choices. Many have the editing stuff all built in to them. On my linux I have one called ksnapshot which is so easy to use wish they had just that item for windows. On windows I have used a few including the gadwin program and I have used this one Screenpresso logo and the picpick one mentioned at the gizmo site. I had no idea the pdf select tool would not work on some items. That is strange. on the ones y'all tried it on had you actually saved the pdf file to your pc or were you viewing the pdf file from the online site? just wondering if that would make any difference. I have never encountered that problem.

Thanks for your help but after 24 hours it hadn't deleted. What I did was unistall the printer and installed it again. That was successful !! Holly
