I would start by making sure my anti virus is up to date with the definitions, then run a full scan. After I would run a full scan using the free program Superantispyware.

If that fails to clear your problem use the link below. It looks overwhelming but just go through line by line and you will do just fine.

I have AVG and it's not showing any problems,but I

This looks like a problem that is occurring on the server. You might want to check with your ISP and see if they have any error logs they can check.

Thanks again to both of you,I have tried to contact
my server all morning but "they" are having problems
so maybe it is from them,but five days seems a long time
for them to sort things out,looks like a wait and see
for me. :-)
I have a new Computer expert coming out this afternoon,so

Try and contact your ISP. My mom had a similar problem, it was on the server side.

Thanks everyone,I contacted my server and they told me
the problem was caused by two over sized emails,they deleted
them both and all is well,next time I'll call them first. :-)
My new Computer man has installed my new Computer which has
Vista so I guess I'll be back here very often until I get the hang of it. LOL

Glad everything is fine now Nola. Vista is not really that bad, the idea now is to accept the fact you have it and adapt to the changes. So much has been moved around and names have been changed making it harder to understand.
