Ok, we are getting closer to the "final" layout and I wanted to get some feedback from the group on any problems we may have overlooked or ideas on improving. I'm just showing the main floor plan for simplicity. The stairs go to a walk-out basement with 2BR, 1BA, and a recreation room. The door from the mud room goes to the garage.

A few other items I didn't have time to fix on this image:

- the island will not be open below with a seating counter and will be sized to allow min 42" clearance around

- the island sink will go on the other side, next to the wall oven.
