a really easy way to handle that is to simply convert it from a pdf to a format you are more familiar with and can work with such as a word doc or excel or something like that. There are some good free online converters and this one will even let you do the pictures just pay attention to what you select as to what to convert and what to convert it to. Unless you are emotionally attached to AR or the site absolutely mandates it, I personally haven't found one yet as all they traditionally do is recommend, you might want to rethink installing or updating to AR v9.0. Beginning with AR v6.0 the application has become more system intensive requiring more resources. I do not know about v9.0, but v7.0 and v8.0 are terribly difficult to remove from your system if you ever so decide to. The free application Foxit Reader has been the recent .pdf viewer being recommended here and at other forums. All you have to do is install it and configure it to be the default reader. It is low resource demanding and from my readings a snap to remove. DA

Indeed there is a way. When the image you want is onscreen simply tap the 'Print Screen' (PRN SCRN sometimes) button. Now open your photo editing program, click Edit, click Paste and you have the full screen visible. On some programs you can right click and paste the image, each has their own peculiarity. Now use your resizing or crop tool to remove the bits you do now want then save the image. If I am saving for wallpaper I always elect to save as bitmap (.bmp) because it is a higher quality image than using .jpg There are free screen capture programs out there that will catch a specific frame but I find that is as easy as anything and I do not need to remember how to work another program.
