Many years later and we still want to know what brand Lionel was eating. Here are 4 screen shots from Season 4, Episode 9. Lionel's are muffin sized and come in a individual foil muffin "cup". I hope to find another episode where we see the tin they are shipped in. Photos: 1) In the foil cup on the plate 2) Before he takes a bite. They are deep. 3) After the bite. Looks like a lot of custard inside. 4) On the plate with the foil cup next to it. Now to find the tin! BTW, this has been a favorite show for my wife and I for 30 years. We are in the USA and we can't stand American TV. Our only TV subscription other than cable: BritBox 😊

What I've come to find out lately is that for residential work, not commercial work which is higher skilled labor and more expensive than residential, almost all plumbing companies in the greater Seattle/Tacoma areas will not give you an hourly rate over the phone. They will say they only bid jobs. What they actually are charging is between $400 to $600 per man hour once there on your job. I have a friend who was charged $500 to remove and install a standard two piece toilet that he provided. It took the plumber one hour labor, plus one hour round trip to and from the job, plus a wax ring and bolts. Another plumber told me he was told by his company to charge a customer $600 instead of $400 which he wanted to charge for an hours work on a job he just finished. I was told by a plumber that the "Don't start freak'in" company is the most expensive. Once a journeyman, or not nessassarily a journeyman, plumber is on the job, the labor alone to remove and replace an exposed shower valve per line with Pex is $350 for the hot, $350 for the cold, $350 for the line from the valve to the shower head. That's $1,050.00 for around 2 to 2-1/2hrs labor. If it's a tub valve add another 1/2hr to 3/4 hr and $350 for the tub line. If it's ProPress with type L copper, or type L sweated copper it's $550 per line now. That's $2,200.00 for a tub valve. It takes about 3 to 3-1/2 hours to install a tub valve with sweated copper and half the time with Pex. 3/4 the time with ProPress. Two years ago labor ran $550 to $650 to remove and replace an exposed shower valve with type L copper sweated. An 8 hour for one journey can run $3,200 to $4,800 labor including travel time and use of tools and van. My son is a commercial plumber in Salt Lake. His company is union and figures it runs them $100 hr. to employ him with vacation, sick leave, medical, and taxes. Thats $800 a day cost for a commercial journeyman. I don't know what yhe company charges for his time. It's all competative bid work and they dont like to loose bids. My suggestion is if you need a resude tial plumber is to try and find a good independent plumber with a good reputation and referalls, or move to Portland. Portland still runs about $150 hr. for a journeyman plumber...and so does Texas!

Thank you! Searching "Mister" I started to find some other options. I am leaning toward mechanical / analog just for reliability sake, and found some made by "Mr. Soaker Hose." I can't find the single-output models for sale, but I ended up buying one of the dual outlet models - it cost more than I wanted to spend, since there are so many $20 models with good ratings on Amazon, but having the option of doing 15-second every 8-12 hours is pretty handy! Most of the irrigation equipment I bought was from Rainbird. It was really easy to assemble, save for the "self-piercing" stuff - you really need a punch tool, which I purchased to finish the job. I buried the main 1/2 line under landscaping river rock, and I haven't had to water my landscaping since installing it a few weeks ago. The bubblers and drip emitters worked great for landscaping, but for my potted plants, I ended up buying misters pre-mounted on flexible tubing from Mr. Drip (where I also got the mister timer). The misters water more evenly and less heavy-handedly, albeit with little or no range to how powerfully they water (they have a nozzle that can be adjusted and it pretty much goes from on to off, while the bubblers can easily be adjusted from a trickle to quite a bit of water). For landscaping, I have it set to water 10-minutes, 2x per day, at about 1/2 GPH. Let me know if you want to check out what I setup.

THANK YOU all for commenting and making it worth all the time & trouble I went through!! Liberty Banner seems to be a favorite here and rightly so. I ordered all my Weitz daylilies directly from the hybridizer before she stopped selling. I have quite a few of hers and Liberty Banner is my favorite. Her website picture and the few photos of it online show it more crimson so I can't say what color it will be for you, Debra. In my garden it is deep purple, as my photo shows. But everything wants to be purple here....! Laura, I will have to post photos on the database when the season is over and I have more time. Thanks for the suggestion. Mantis, Kitty Bannerman is beautiful WHEN she opens properly. I have to be honest and say it gets hung up a lot of the times after a cool night. It's not my favorite Weitz cultivar for that reason. I try to stay away from those with frilly edges but thought since it was a northern hybridized daylily it would do better. Harmon Hill does have a few of the Weitz cultivars but I actually have more of them. My favorite Weitz daylilies in addition to LB are Spirit of the Dove, Happy is the Heart and A Walk in the Clouds and Carl doesn't sell those. Those are just wonderful performing daylilies, healthy and hardy, great bloomers and vigor. Victoria Grace is a good daylily for me, but not exceptional. My favorite thing about it is it's color is so vibrant and holds up well. Bahama Butterscotch is a blooming machine and multiplies faster than rabbits. I keep having to divide up the clump. Yes, blooms are on the smaller side but it always looks like a bouquet with so many open at once. And it's super hardy. Nat, I threatened Night Beacon last summer that it only had one more year to shape up or it would ship out. And the little bugger listened! It has more blooms than ever (but still not a great bud count, but acceptable finally) and every bloom has been perfect. Next year it could be a dud again and might have to go. Thank you ALL again for your great comments!
