Firefox update?

Just checked for updates and 3.0.11 is available...has anyone had any problems with this version? Any bugs to worry about?

3.5 was released in June. No problems for me so far.

I recently read about a vulnerability in FF 3.5 (see link). Looks like Mozilla plans to have it fixed and issue 3.5.1 any day now. I have no idea how big a threat this is, but was holding off on updating until 3.5.1 is released.

I updated firefox yesterday without that problem but just tried chrome and the firewall said it was a changed program. I can't remember for sure if I used chrome yesterday before the update.

I imported my post from another thread. FF12 beta 1 was released around March 16, 2012, followed by five more betas. The most recent beta 6 around April 18, 2012. A supposed final was released around April 22, 2012. I have read that there is some user confusion as to it being an actual final version, or just a RC (release candidate). I have also read some reported concerns regarding stability of this final/RC version. I myself am waiting for a clarification and a popular position on the release. As always, with any application a user must use caution when exploring betas and RCs. DA

The DML in in my firefox add-0ns When I go to the links that you have provided, it takes me to the very same page that installed this add-on I have Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22.87 And Adobe Flash player plugin 10.0.42.34 According to the Adobe page, the latest version is 10.0.45.2 I clicked on a picture to enlarge the pic on ebay and this message came up. (was not able to get a screenshot) User Account Control Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer? Program name-Adobe DLM Verified publisher-Adobe System Inc. File origin-Hard drive on this computer. file location is c:\Users\Jean\AppData:Roaming:Mozilla\Firefox\profiles\Default extentions(a bunch of numbers)\Chrome\content\getAdobePlusPlus_Adobe_reg.exe If I allow the changes, is this going to install the latest flash player?

Some users have remained with FF base v3.0 by personal choice and Mozilla has continued to support it at this time. Thus the availablity of update v3.0.13. The current and most secure version of FF is base v3.5 with now the update v.3.5.2 DA

BTW, I am currently on 3.0.11 and have encountered no problems with it.

Just a couple questions.

Where is the up roar that FF has a security issue? Where is the march on the castle to burn FF at the stake? It seems every time IE has a concern users get all over it with condemnation.

Though IE has a significant edge on total concerns, this is not the first time for FF either. If users don't hold Mozilla's feet to the fire for a comprehensive browser I can assure you in time they will become lacking. Like many previous flagship applications they could just be taking their turn at the head of the class.
