Winnie - FC2 gets updated all the time, I think if you pay like $10, you will get the password and you can update info for 6 months. Why it behaves this way - hopefully somebody fugured out how to get around this problem - otherwise - may be the program just doesn't have this capability. And - why some of the varieties have pics on site and do not have them on CD - I presume that these hard working AV people are just do not have enough time to do it all. It is all volunteers - so if you have time and skills to participate in making FC2 CD better - get in touch with AVSA guys and they will love you. Cheers Irina

Insert the disk into the drive. Go to the Control Panel. Find the drive, right click and Format the disk. Then you can drag & drop the file onto the disk.

I have seen some really nice decals that don't look cheap, because they aren't :) but I agree most do peel and look cheap. I would find some stencils instead. Or use some painters tape for a straight edge frame, then to add texture by painting over lace or stickers (peel off) for a nice design. I would also really consider going to a goodwill and just find some frames and spray paint them, easier and less time consuming IMO. I did this and when I get sick of them all I need to do is spray them again or take them down. It is only paint so good luck!

Our old house use to have a window that looked out to the south. when the south deck was added, the window now looked out onto the deck. When the deck was enclosed and turned into a laundry/pantry, the window looked into that. There was another window looking outside from the laundry room. The someone added a covered porch off the laundry room - so from the kitchen you looked through the laundry room out the second window, through the covered deck and outside. By this time it let very little light into the kitchen. The PO before us took out the window and put in shelves between the kitchen and laundry room. This is the only picture I can find showing the shelves. While that is my DH standing in the kitchen, this was before we put in an offer so none of the belongings are mine. I'm not "into" collecting stuff. We had serious rot and foundation issues to deal with, and all this was gutted and changed. Right now I do have a window in my sewing room that looks out over the deck. The deck is small and open. It faces east so I only get direct sunlight for a few hours in the morning.
