In the URL bar remove the "2" from the forums2.gardenweb... That is, after you've clicked on it and it's dead-ended of the Webpage not found message. Alternately you could access them from the main Forums link in the top/left of the page.

Grayentropy, I appreciate your offer very much. I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "never mind" LOL. Did you know I am talking about some other pages I need to be hosted, not that one that has already been hosted. I was using that one as an example of what I need to do with some other pages. Also, did you realize I'm talking about pages that will already be GardenWeb threads? I can email you HTML from view source (photo below of what I mean) or I can email you the Word document (doc) or I can paste from Word into Notepad if you prefer. You've all been very helpful and offering to get the pages hosted. Between what I imagined and the suggestions made, I really don't know the best route. Can you tell I'm on overload? LOL.

Follow the instructions in this link, and you should be able to uninstall it. That being said, I've never reverted to an older version of something as important as a browser so I can't guess what if anything might go wrong. Is IE your only browser? If yes, now might be a good time to check out the available alternatives. Even if you don't want to use another browser, it's a very good idea to have one available just in case something goes wrong with IE. I understand you don't like IE, but a rush to dump it on the same day you installed it is ill-advised. You should give it a fair trial whether you like it or not. When it comes to computers, change is a fact of life and you'll eventually be at a disadvantage if you refuse to cope with the changes. FWIW, I prefer Firefox 4 over all others. casi you should always have at least one extra browser on any pc, that way if IE should crash or not work you would be able to use the other one to get online and get help. You can have as many browsers as you want it is just one more program you add to your pc. Firefox is what I use as do many others but Chrome and Opera are popular. I do not use IE at all except when I have to use it for MS updates. To use another browser on your pc you just download it, let it install, then when you want to go online you just click on the icon for that browser instead of the one for IE it is that simple. Plus firefox and most others will ask you during install if you want to import your settings and bookmarks from IE you say yes and your new browser will have everything IE had all set up for you. Whether anyone uses IE or not you should always update to the latest version for your version of windows for security reasons. However if you have XP you would not be able to use IE9 it is for Vista and above, and should not be offered in updates for those with XP
