Wanting to get data off old, bum computer

I have an OLD computer(32KRAM)with Windows 95 with a clicking, think dead, floppy drive, no USB port and only a CDROM. I need to get the files off the HD and move it to a more recent model computer hopefully before the computer itself bellies up. The .csv file is too big for a 1.4 FD.

Would replacing the CDROM with a CDRW drive work? and what do I have to do to make the drive work?

Would taking the HD out and putting into the newer computer work? and what to I have to do to make that work?

If I can take my data off the computer in sections fitting on a couple of floppies...would putting a new Floppy Disk drive work?

Would removing the HD out of the gimpy computer and putting it into a HD enclosure with a USB plug and using it as an external hard drive be a good idea?

Help...help...what can I do to save this file??
