cable or mats to heat floor under ditra

I am getting ready to purchase a heating system for the tile floor I will install in my master bath. They were not in the original plan but my electrician ran wiring for them while adding circuits and reconfiguring the rest of the electrical, then persuaded me I would regret not putting them in.

After reading another thread asking about reliable brands I saw that another poster, weedyacres I think, suggested Warm Floors cable as an economical and reliable choice.

For the amount I need, it will cost less than $50 more to cover the area with mats than with the cable alone. This makes me wonder If I should go with the mats. Although I have installed lots of tile, this will be the first time I've installed an in-floor heating system. I am also concerned about increasing the height of the floor. I've already purchased ditra to go under my tile.
