Vista help

I have a new laptop that has Vista on it and I am unable to receive email on it but can send it. I have all ready called my server and all the settings are correct and they have no idea why I can't get my email.

I still can on my desk top computer.

I have Widows Mail on Vista.

Also how do I delete McAfee on it??

Sure hope someone can help me.Thanks.

Open Windows Mail--click on Tools---Click on Accounts. That is where you access the mail set up. Hit the "add" button and follow the directions your ISP gave you for setting up the old Outlook Express, it's the same info which will work.

You have to make your choice regarding cookies before running the cleanup tool. Open CC>Click on Tools>Cookies and move those you wish to save to the right pane. Then run the cleanup tool. How do I get external display to mirror display

You might unplug the vga, then try to bootup in safe mode by tapping the F8 key on boot. It's a long shot, but just may get a minimal display screen where you could go back in and change the display settings. I use s-video from my pc to tv, so don't have any experience with the vga setup to tv. Never had a screen go black from any of the settings.
