Sub-Zero flush inset installation

Hi All,

My plan is to get a Sub Zero Bi 36 in the flush inset installation with stainless steel panels and the pro handles. The cabinet company made my refrigerator cabinet wider and deeper, specifically for the flush inset installation per Sub-Zero's specs.

Today, when I tried to order the refrigerator the salesman told me that you can not get pro or tubular handles with the flush inset application if you get the stainless panels. He said "there would be nothing to screw the handles into". Instead, he said there is a thin full-length integrated strip on the edge of the panel that serves as the handle. This is not what the online produce literature leads me to believe. I have an email out to Sub-Zero. In the meantime, any advice? I hope he is just wrong. But at the same time, if he is wrong I'm disappointed that an experienced salesman at a reputable luxury appliance store could be so wrong.
