I got my seeds a week or two ago but have been delinquent in my thank you posting. Thanks so much for the incredible collection of seeds! This year's plants are already in the beds thanks to last year's swap, but I cant wait to try all these out next year! Follow the instructions in this link, and you should be able to uninstall it. That being said, I've never reverted to an older version of something as important as a browser so I can't guess what if anything might go wrong. Is IE your only browser? If yes, now might be a good time to check out the available alternatives. Even if you don't want to use another browser, it's a very good idea to have one available just in case something goes wrong with IE. I understand you don't like IE, but a rush to dump it on the same day you installed it is ill-advised. You should give it a fair trial whether you like it or not. When it comes to computers, change is a fact of life and you'll eventually be at a disadvantage if you refuse to cope with the changes. FWIW, I prefer Firefox 4 over all others. yes I had posted a warning about that some time back, we must be extremely diligent these days any time we choose to install anything because even good reputable companies are trying to hoist that junk on us with pre selected items. You can remove it via the Windows control panel, add/remove program dialog. In the list you should find ZA Spy Blocker and also "ZoneAlarm toolbar: If you install ZoneAlarm and do not uncheck the "Spy Blocker" toolbar option, the Spy Blocker toolbar for IE and Firefox will be installed, which includes the Ask.com searchbar. To remove this toolbar, click on the ZoneAlarm logo in the toolbar to open a drop down panel that includes an uninstall function."

I updated it to version 8.5 - same problem. I cured it before by replacing a corrupted dll file and got the replacement from this site: http://www.dll-files.com/ but don't know which file it is. Maybe replace em all? :-) The shading & color function for the charts controls the color of the data series not the chart background. And the problem is intermittent so anyway I agree my simple problem is beyond works 8.0 now 8.5. Open Office would be like using the Queen Mary when a rowboat would do. Works 8 is fearsome enough for my elimentary needs. But I'll probly bite this bullet and get it. By now I coulda done the whole thing by hand 8 times over. Maybe I'll jsut do the graphs by hand anyway. There's the advantage that you can pencil in notes etc.
