She is a beauty! Goodness...she's a meaty little girl for a month early!

Terri, that's just what I was thinking, that's a pretty good sized baby for being a month early. Good for Sarah that she didn't grow another month!

Linda, she's just perfectly beautiful. Of course, you knew that. Congratulations to you and to Mom on a beautiful, healthy CF grandbaby.

Annie

She's beautiful, and so pink! You just don't get more precious than a grandbaby. Congratulations, Grandma!

Sally

Linda, she is sooo precious and perfect! You will love your new role as grandma. Welcome, little Zoe. I love the name, too.

Brenda

Thanks everyone! We are totally thrilled with her!
I do wonder if there wasn't a slight miscalculation on the due date, tho! LOL

But she is here, she is healthy and she is surrounded by hoards of people that love her!

I think I will forego a visit to the hospital today and take my mom and my sister to their house on Thursday to see her. I am sure they will be inundated by visitors at the hospital today, and it will be more intimate to visit at home.

Linda

Congratulations Linda! She is perfect and beautiful. I'm sure you and your family are over the moon with little Zoe. Glad everything went well.

You are going to have the time of your life with this little one. Enjoy!

OOOOH! Girl grand babies are just the best, and now Sarah gets to "play dolls"w ith a real baby....you really don't have time to do that with the 2nd baby, and it's such fun!
Congratulations Gramma Linda!

Oh yeah...photos of her in everyone's arms will be coming soon!

I am taking my mom (great-grandma) on Thursday to meet her and we'll have lots of photo ops then!

Ok...so is this normal? I find myself tearing up every time I think of her and the events of the last 24 hours. Granted, they are tears of joy, but "whazzup with that"? LOL

Linda

Congratulations, Linda. She is perfect and so cute. I think the tears are probably normal. My sister did the same thing when her grandson was born.

Lee

Linda, I still tear up when I see my GD and she is 2 1/2. LOL!

Linda, she truly is perfect. What an absolute doll! OMG you are gonna spoil her BIG time!

Hey Grandma Linda!! Congrats to you, your DD, and the whole family! I see lots of shopping in your future...you know...all those cute clothes.

David

Linda, those are just tears of joy and happiness, so let them flow. How lucky Zoe is to have a Great Grandmother too!

Of course you won't spoil her, what could Sherry be thinking? :)

The tears won't go away :) I teared up when 16 y/o Emily sang a solo in the church choir (she didn't tell any of us that she was singing a solo). Don't even ask about 8 y/o Olivia's piano recital.

Oh Linda she is just wonderful! You sound over the moon. Congrats to your son and Zoe's mom.

(have not been around much but sooo glad I caught this... but may be heading to Minne of a summer vacation)

Janet

We visited her yesterday and I am amazed how much she has changed in just a couple of days!

Still so tiny and so perfect, tho!

My mom was so excited, we took a "Four generation" photo. I have to make copies this weekend and get one to her.

Janet, let me know if you head anywhere near me on your vaca....maybe we can get together.

Linda

Linda, my congratulations and best wishes to you and your family! Zoe is a lovely baby.

Can't believe my first GD, Priscilla, will be 6 weeks old on Sunday. It's remarkable how fast they change. And it just keeps getting better as their level of awareness develops and they begin to respond and relate to you.

There's been a lot going on these past few weeks and I haven't been checking in here very often, but I'm glad I got a chance to see this post with your good news.

Congratulations Linda!
Can't wait to see more pics.
