I haven't bought it yet (the bathroom is just gutted at the moment), so I can't comment on quality. It says it is tempered glass though, so it should be pretty tough, and I think Pegasus is a reasonable brand overall. I have seen it at Expo (by the way, it was cheaper at Expo than at Home Depot!) and it looked solid enough. There are also some similar tops at this webpage, but they are wider. Thanks everyone for your help! Iharpie, we are not looking for anything super thin. Just 12mm or so is good. cpartist, we havent completely given up on Neolith yet. We plan to visit the showroom in Toronto today to ask them. But some of the experiences others have had with 'inexperienced' fabricators that are posted on this forum does not instill too much confidence!! Joseph, but when we called the fabricators in Toronto up (those listed on Dekton website for Toronto), they were ALL hesitant on working on the 12mm slab. And of course, we read many horror stories online about how fabricator cracks the slab around the sink, etc.

$300 is a difficult hill to climb with many options for vanities including sink with regards to variety. We buy an enormous amount of vanities from various suppliers. I typically tell my clients to anticipate $400-$500 at a bare minimum to have any selection on a smaller vanity (and that typically doesn't include counter/sink). I just bought two more 36" vanities today (and spent a lot of time trying to find the best value/design, and both were right at $625 including sink and counter). One thing you could try to consider would be finding a 24" modern piece of furniture on craigslist, or whatever commerce place is available to you, and then finding a vessel sink that could work....more work for sure than buying off the shelf, but can also give you some interesting design options.

How deep is your vanity cabinet? 21" or 24"? Is the sink undermount? Generally the faucet head (where the water comes out) should be centered over the drain. The spec for the sink appears to read 3-7/8" from the center of drain to edge of sink. Use that and the depth of your vanity to work backwards from there. Create a sketch or better yet lay it out full scale on a piece of cardboard. My quick calculation says there will be 4-1/4" between the sink and the wall. This may leave you with wider than 3" counter across the front. But your control number is the length of the faucet.
